<div>
Helloooo!!!</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
Well... Looks like I'm going to be a Utah Ute ha ha. We'll see what
happens with it all! Things are going super great over here! No
complaints... For my email today, I'm just going to copy and paste my
letter to President Scott for today because that's the
same thing that I want to be telling you anyways!</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
<br />
<div>
President Scott,</div>
<div>
<br />
</div>
<div>
Well, President. I guess the time has finally come for me
to write you about what my mission truly means to me. Its one of the
most bitter sweet feelings that I've ever experienced in my life but all
I can say is
I'm very excited to begin the next portion of my life. Before I begin I
just want to express my gratitude for all that Sister Scott and yourself
have done for me. I really am in debt to you for the knowledge and
wisdom that you have shared with me and for the
wonderful friendship we've had. Thank you so much.</div>
<div>
<br />
</div>
<div>
WHAT DOES MY MISSION MEAN TO ME?</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhoxO9vvI89yDRKe_ByWgPQrfUXdPIC58WCw3xdoEWw-mG103qjVVD36LDXSk1UvD_hhxAUkKBJ3sXMC0Rpx4c-OlkchdUPdbfu131EQs9DlVvVB6uSEt073j_o9MEt6d6Dbmj8Rzn-id_Q/s1600/IMG_2214%255B1%255D.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhoxO9vvI89yDRKe_ByWgPQrfUXdPIC58WCw3xdoEWw-mG103qjVVD36LDXSk1UvD_hhxAUkKBJ3sXMC0Rpx4c-OlkchdUPdbfu131EQs9DlVvVB6uSEt073j_o9MEt6d6Dbmj8Rzn-id_Q/s1600/IMG_2214%255B1%255D.jpg" height="400" width="300" /></a></div>
<div>
<br />
</div>
<div>
To sum that question up into one word would be EVERYTHING.
I really don't know how to explain the 'what', but I can definitely
share the 'how' and the 'why'. </div>
<div>
<br />
</div>
<div>
My plan in high school was never to serve a mission. I
remember many of my friends and peers begin to prepare but I never felt
like it was for me. I always thought that it was a long portion of time
that could be
better spent in university or other causes. But I will never forget the
time that I actually used my agency and desire to try and find out if
everything I had been taught, since youth, was true. I still remember
the feelings I felt as I read the Book of Mormon
and went to the Temple for the first couple of times. I will never
forget the first time being "embraced" by the Spirit as I read that I
would be serving in the Canada Toronto Mission. Ever since that day, I
have known that this is where I needed to be.</div>
<div>
<br />
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiTvd4eRKi_ZquTWd6pNg8kDLr16fj2qRzupGpyrS2XDln9l0VFwjlayUODP5_PM8u0HeKApxsIVhxNzgkczVcyKBcq9Z5GBxL0xiHo4ckS8VIeW0Jwcve0o-zsSfSRxD4S8GCImXFiD-cm/s1600/IMG_2221%255B1%255D.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiTvd4eRKi_ZquTWd6pNg8kDLr16fj2qRzupGpyrS2XDln9l0VFwjlayUODP5_PM8u0HeKApxsIVhxNzgkczVcyKBcq9Z5GBxL0xiHo4ckS8VIeW0Jwcve0o-zsSfSRxD4S8GCImXFiD-cm/s1600/IMG_2221%255B1%255D.jpg" height="300" width="400" /></a></div>
<div>
"Our most significant opportunities will be found in times
of greatest difficulty" President Thomas S. Monson. This quote sums up
what my mission was like. It was HARD. There were times where I felt
complete joy
rush from me after a contact screams at me, or after a door was slammed
on my face. There were times where my companion and I didn't get along
or where our investigators just wouldn't, for the life of them,
progress. I have come to know though, with everything,
that "if we want to know our Savior, then we have to walk the path He
walked". My mission means so much to me because I have literally felt
the Savior walk with me at times and pull me through. His Atonement has
redeemed and enabled me to become someone that
I NEVER could have become without His divine help. Through my trials, I
have seen many of my weaknesses formed into strengths (Ether 12:27), and
have felt the Hand of the Lord push me onward in those dark times. I
have come to know that "I can do all things
through Christ which strengtheneth me" (Phil 4:13) and that there is no
name, way nor means by which salvation can come but through Christ
(Mosiah 3:17). My mission means so much to me because its taught me to
rely on my Savior more than myself.</div>
<div>
<br />
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhMPzpetKMZNcmnEOSTT1Xszl6a-1RRjaXLS_zJwAx0BU6u8hHrpDLrIjEphrsx1eKmd22VlW3o98G2GcrP1CsJz0SUeHrfkUnQRZHUYMZ0UKhNfKDLUuYYbbyg_wAuSebIYf_NaVgQa99N/s1600/DSC01203.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhMPzpetKMZNcmnEOSTT1Xszl6a-1RRjaXLS_zJwAx0BU6u8hHrpDLrIjEphrsx1eKmd22VlW3o98G2GcrP1CsJz0SUeHrfkUnQRZHUYMZ0UKhNfKDLUuYYbbyg_wAuSebIYf_NaVgQa99N/s1600/DSC01203.JPG" height="300" width="400" /></a></div>
<div>
One of the coolest things to me is reflecting back on my
Patriarchal Blessing about my mission. The incredible thing is that the
biggest paragraph in the whole thing is when it speaks of my mission.
The whole Blessing
relies and relates back to my mission more than anything else. The
things that it says I will learn, have been learned. The things which
will carry me through the remainder of my days have come through this 2
year ministry. President, I wanted to thank you
and the Lord for the opportunities that I have had to serve in
leadership for the time that I have. The transfers that I have been
privileged enough to lead and serve others, have been the ones that I
have learned the most from. They have taught me how to really
care for others. To have genuine concern for them and for their well
being. As well, to acquire true Christ-like charity for them through
service. I've added up an estimation of how many companion exchanges
I've been fortunate enough to go on and it roughly
adds to about 60. Those were some incredible learning moments for me. I
remember my first one as a District Leader when a missionary told me to
“be Elder Beyer, not just another leader”. I've worked on that every
single day since then. I really do know that
true leadership comes when you and the Lord work together in love to
inspire the people you serve. There is nothing that I cherish more than
looking out into a crowd of missionaries and bearing my witness of
Christ and inviting them to help others gain the
same. I have loved being able to influence others and feel of their
love, and support, as I have been serving amongst them. Its been the
greatest honor for me.</div>
<div>
<br />
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjoUcRbBTBc5WUctUiyY_cbB8JBYd1iOAIoIdpwNJSi8QQwpUrIPqnj5oMKzIicq9EX5AmBnLCSVR8UvlHjHNHDxHVd8-ZCternDPVht1ZCmB7w8r7EIX2N9UhB1VmZ7usCDHzAj6sZXoP1/s1600/IMG_2233%255B1%255D.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjoUcRbBTBc5WUctUiyY_cbB8JBYd1iOAIoIdpwNJSi8QQwpUrIPqnj5oMKzIicq9EX5AmBnLCSVR8UvlHjHNHDxHVd8-ZCternDPVht1ZCmB7w8r7EIX2N9UhB1VmZ7usCDHzAj6sZXoP1/s1600/IMG_2233%255B1%255D.jpg" height="300" width="400" /></a></div>
<div>
I may not have baptized the most on my mission, but I have
definitely baptized the people who I was sent here for. Each of them
have impacted my life in such a way that I will never be able to explain
it to anyone
because each moment I spent with them was so sacred that I can't express
my feelings through words. Being able to do the baptismal interviews
for so many people has influenced me to know that this work is real.
Hearing people, who only have know the Restored
Gospel of Christ for such a short time, bear a strong witness of what
they know has made me really understand that this is true. There is no
way that it's not. </div>
<div>
<br />
</div>
<div>
One of my favorite memories about my own testimony though
came at one point when I reflected one night in Toronto. I remember
looking across the city and seeing the beautiful lights and sight and
thinking to myself
“E. Beyer... Do you really believe in this?”.. I thought about it again
and again and I realized “You know what... Yes. I absolutely do!” There
have been times where I have felt my testimony wasn't as strong as it
should be and the remedy for it was bearing
my testimony to every person I came in contact with. My testimony has
grown so much, and my favorite thing about being a missionary has been
sharing mine and promising blessings to those who try and cultivate
their own.</div>
<div>

<div>
Overall President, my concluding thoughts are simple. My
mission means so much to me because I have come to gain a stronger
testimony of the Truth. I know that God lives and that He is our Loving
Heavenly Father.
I know that He is perfect in every way. I know with all of my heart that
He wants us all to return to Him and its only through His Son, Jesus
Christ, that we can. I can't even fathom the love Jesus Christ has for
me and yet I long for it because I know that
He died to make me whole. His Atonement is real and its applicable to
anyone that wants to feel of it. I know that His Gospel is perfect and
that we, as imperfect beings, can one day become as He is through it. I
know that the Truth that He brought was lost
after His death and that there was indeed a great apostasy, but as
firmly as I believe that it was lost, I know without a shadow of doubt
that it has been restored onto the earth again. I know Joseph Smith is a
Prophet of God and that he truly “saw a pillar
of light” and that through him the Truth has been restored. I know this
because I have a unwavering faith in the Book of Mormon as the Word of
God. It has taught me more about the Atonement of Christ than any other
book I've ever read. I know families can be
forever, and that Gods work is hastening now. I love being a missionary
and know that His work brings eternal joy. My mission has been the most
fulfilling thing I've ever done and I thank God daily that I served. </div>
<div>
<br />
</div>
<div>
Again President, I want to thank you and Sister Scott for
all you have done for me. I love you both immensely and consider you as
parents in my life. Thank you again.</div>

<div>
Well everyone... With everything I just want you to know
this much... I LOVE my Savior Jesus Christ. Over the past couple weeks I
have just come to feel at complete ease and stress free as I have
served Him the
remainder of my days, because I know that I gave Him and God my all. I
tried my best. I wasn't perfect but through my imperfections I felt the
Lord "cover the rest" and make up for my mistakes. I truly have felt His
cleansing power as Ive gone out and served
others and have felt His love. I have felt my Heavenly Father say "well
done thou good and faithful servant" and I've never been happier or more
at peace. </div>
<div>
I love you all so much. I'm STOKED to see you next week :) I
love you. Until then, BE HAPPY. GET STOKED ABOUT LIFE. STRENGTHEN YOUR
FAITH IN GOD, because He's real. </div>

No I have not gotten the package yet. I have not gone to Brampton
still. We will be going there tomorrow though so no worries haha! I'll
get it then. Hey and FYI don't send anything else by mail. I got this
letter from the Mission Office saying to tell
you guys that so that I wouldn't still be getting things when I wasn't
here haha! <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
It sounds like you had a great week last week and that you are celebrating in the best of ways! That's super great to hear!</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
I'm doing so great right now! Ive been really praying and just
focusing on the precious time that I have left and its been incredible
to just work hard and feel the Lord in my life. The more I draw near to
the end, the more I feel the Lord thanking me for
what I have done and for everything that has been accomplished in my 2
year ministry out here in Ontario. Its been a great feeling to feel of
His love and appreciation in letting me know that my time that I have
spent has not been in vain, wasted nor unsuccessful
in His eyes. I'm grateful to feel of His love because its the only thing
that keeps me moving and going and helps me to really focus on whats
really important in life. It actually brings me to think of Pres.
Monson's talk "I Will Not Fail Thee Nor Forsake Thee"
when he says about the obstacles that he faced after the death of his
wife:</div>
<div>
"<b>Of utmost comfort to me during this tender time of parting have been my testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ</b><b> </b>and
the knowledge I have that my dear Frances lives still. I know that our
separation is temporary. We were sealed in the house
of God by one having authority to bind on earth and in heaven. I know
that we will be reunited one day and will never again be separated. This
is the knowledge that sustains me."</div>
<div>
The Thing that has helped me more than anything over the last
little while has been my testimony that I know that God lives and that
His plan is of perfection. He really does have so much more to offer if
we just rely on Him and His timing with everything.
More often than not, we fall short of what we want to accomplish but I
know that through the Lord we can be brought up to the point that God
wants us to be at if we just rely on Him with it all.</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
This last week was quite a week of growth. We saw some incredible
things come our way and saw the missionaries really catch hold on whats
really important. In all my time as a missionary Ive never seen so much
growth and so much help from the Lord. He
is really moving the needle and pushing for growth out here in the field
and I know that He is doing it in all of the world right now. I was
watching a clip for Hastening the Work in Europe and Elder Dallin H.
Oaks said something that really stood out to me.
He said:</div>
<div>
<br />
<b>"When you are involved in the work of the Lord, the power behind you is always greater than the obstacles before you"</b></div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
I have really come to know that that is true. I don't doubt it for a
single second. I know that even in the HARDEST of times, that the Lord
will enable us to overcome it. Its real. The Atonement works, i know
this because I have felt it in my life.</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
We are seeing some great things happening here in London. If
everything works out according to plan we should see a few people being
baptized on March 9. We have been working hard and the Lords been
placing the people in our paths. Its been ideal. I love
this work. I love God and love all that He's done for me. I'm so grateful
for my mission! I feel like we are working so hard that everything is
blending together and I cant think of anything specific to tell you ha ha
other than the fact that we are busting and
pounding the pavement and really just finishing strong!</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
I love you all so much! Forever and Always,</div>

<div>
This week has been a pretty great one here in London! We've seen
some great leaps on the Progression scale! There is no doubt about that!
We have been trying to get the Zone focused on the right now and find
the gaps and fix them. We have gone on a step by step scale on how to
really change this zone and make it better and have implemented some
crazy things to help them do that. Its been sweet to see that if we make
a big focus on finding then everything else just falls into play and
its been really working out to our benefit this last little while. Its
been great.</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
Right now we are teaching some solid people and its been really fun
to help them. We are teaching a mother and son named Sarah and
Christopher! They are working towards baptism on the 9th of March. Its
been so funny to teach them. Christopher is 8 and he asked us to find
him a suit so that he could look like a missionary and come to church.
From then on out we searched high and low to be able to find someone who
had one ha ha it took a few weeks and a LOT of time but we got one and
he came to church wearing this sweet tiny suit ha ha he was STOKED. They
are some really incredible people who are seriously interested in the
Gospel and have been truly receptive to the messages that we have
shared with them. It was really fun to be able to help them understand
that Gods plan is perfect and let them understand that through baptism
and being obedient to the commandments would insure that they would be
able to live together forever and always! They are some of the most
prepared people ever, like when we extended the invitation to be
baptized they were just like "yeah for sure" haha it was really sweet!
We'll see what happens with them! I hope that everything works out to
where they can be baptized!! <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
As well we are teaching this guy named Chris who is working towards
the 2nd of March, he is a super chill guy too from Ireland! Its funny
because he looks like what Parker Bass will in like 30 years hahah its
funny stuff but he is really cool. He just really wants to follow the
Lord and is doing all that he can to do that! Its been really great to
see him!</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
Honestly, I have been really loving everything right now. We are
working hard and really trying to do the best that we can! I love you
all so much! Have an awesome week!</div>
<div>

<div>
Love,</div>

<div>
How's everything been? Things here are super good for me on the
Canadian front! We are starting to see some wonderful things and are
picking up the pace with the Work! The Lord has placed some super
prepared people in our paths and we are seeing the fruits
of it for sure! Its been super awesome! This one day we were just so
sick of not having investigators haha I mean, every single one we found
would bail on us and it would just turn super sour and not work out at
all... so from there we just went and tracted
some apartments.. there we found some decent people nothing special and
found this lady who wasn't interested but told us to go upstairs to her
friend.. so we go up there and met Sarah. She is like the most solid
person in the world! She is looking for a church
for her son, and is really trying to understand Gods purpose with
everything... I mean.. incredible person! Its been really great to teach
her and to get people in there to meet her, but we are really looking
forward to what the future has in store for her
and her son Christopher! As well we went down a couple floors and found
this guy named Chris.. He is just looking for a peace of mind and
conscience and everything! It was like a testimony in itself that the
Lord is really preparing people to receive the Truth
of this Gospel. Its been super fun just running around and working our
hardest but at the same time really focusing on what the Zone needs and
trying to get them to feel the blessings of working hard. The Zone has
taken a HUGE step forward and has maintained
the Growth that has been established since E' Bramwell and I arrived.
Its great to see the zone average 50 new investigators a week and have
plenty of them progressing towards baptism. I love to see what the Lord
is doing and how He works!</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
Zone training meeting this week was great. For the opening portion
of the meeting, Elder Bramwell and I instructed on how to set expectations
with investigators of coming to church three times before they can be
baptized, prior to picking a specific baptismal
date. In order to demonstrate this to the zone, Elder Bramwell and I
bought a bag of candy and held it up at the beginning of the
demonstration. We asked Elder Hewitt (one of our District Leaders from
England) to come up. Once he was up, we asked if he wanted
the bag of candy, in which he responded Yes. We told him that he would
have to run around the pews in the chapel a few times and we would give
it to him. Being Elder Hewitt, he said never mind and sat down :P. So we
asked for a volunteer and Elder Williams,
who has only been in the mission field for two weeks, threw his hand up
with greenie fire. As he came up, we gave the same instructions. Elder
Williams ran around the pews twice and then stopped with expectations of
receiving the candy. I turned to Elder Bramwell
confused and asked him if we forgot anything. Elder Bramwell quickly
remembered that we meant for him to do it three times. So off Elder
Williams went, running around the pews three times. When he returned, we
forgot one more thing. On the second round, he
was suppose to do it backwards.We repeated this process, two or three
more times. Hoping on one leg, counterclockwise, and crawling. In some
ways good, some ways bad...Elder Williams did anything we asked for the
bag of candy, however it was frustrating that
we kept changing the requirements.This demonstration represents how
missionaries often set baptismal dates. Often times, the investigator
will have no clue that they need to come to church three times before
they can be baptized. Investigators will select a
specific date for baptism, and then are disappointed in the weeks to
come to find out that because of scheduling conflicts or previous
arrangements they cannot make it to church and then are disappointed at
the fact that they cant be baptized. Then the date
needs to be reset and will most likely be soft. It was good because
Elder Williams kept going and was "elect" in the sense that whatever
changed in the equation, he was willing to comply so he could receive
the incentive. However, it was bad because it did not
truly represent how normal investigators would act. If we as
missionaries kept changing the expectations, they would give up and quit
just as Elder Hewitt did, because in their mind, the reward is not
worth the effort. We should instead, let the investigator
know of the church attendance requirement, and then pick a baptismal
date that works with them.The zone loved it and brought some good energy
to start off the meeting! The rest of it turned out really well and
it helped set the tone for the rest of it. My favorite
part about all of those meetings is when I get the chance to bear
my testimony at the end. I really know that what we share has changed my
life.</div>

HEY HEY!</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
Hate to burst the bubble but I really doubt I get that package
before the 17th ha ha we just went to Brampton and wont be going back for
a while! (His birthday package!)</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
Troy looks great I'm super happy for the character! I hope that they are doing well. </div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
Things this week were good! We really didn't see the great results
that I would have liked to see but it was still really great to see what
happened. We had a Leadership meeting in Brampton and it went really
well for us, the thing that is crazy about everything
is that we had only a few days to be able to go out and work in our own
area.. but it was a great learning opportunity in itself ha ha. We just
pounded the pavement again and went out searching for the elect day
after day and really didn't find anything but Muslims...
I love how firm they are in their faith, but its so closed off to what
God really wants to the point that its beyond blind faith! And they are
very... stubborn and set in their ways.. so that's all that we had day
after day after day...and it was a bummer because
we weren't teaching lessons, we weren't finding people who would listen
and we weren't seeing the success that we wanted.. SO.. we just kept on
trying our best and kept going. Sunday comes around and really haven't
found anyone too prepared that week, and we both
fasted and fasted that we would find someone prepared to be baptized
this transfer.. and we got home from church, ended the fast and went on
our way. Well within the hour we ended up knocking on some random guys
door who was beyond incredible. We talked about
why we go to church and how we need to base ourselves in Christ and the
Restoration etc, and he said "You know, the only thing I don't believe in
as of right now is Joseph Smith... But who am I to say he's not a
prophet when I don't know anything about him right?
As long as you believe in God as our Father, and Christ as the Son, I'm
more than willing to hear what you have to say." It was a MIRACLE. I
hope that we can see some great things in the upcoming weeks here in
London!</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
Things are going great right now, still working my butt off and
really trying to do my best. There have been a few times where I've been
pretty cheesed at my performance, but the thing that I have come to
know is that the Lord doesn't necessarily want us
to be exactly perfect... He just wants us to understand when we aren't
and then make the change and start fresh. I love repentance, and the joy
that it really does bring into the lives of the people I meet as well
as in my own life. I love being able to partake
the sacrament and feel that cleansing power of the Atonement. I know
this work is true and love helping others to be clean of their sins
through the grace and mercy of the Lord Jesus Christ. I love you all,
let me know if there is anything I can do to help
you out!</div>

<b>Did you get to work with Spanish investigators this week? </b></div>
<div>
Yes I did, it was really weird. There was a few times where I
forgot how to say somethings and forgot how to teach in Spanish haha. It
was really weird to me. But it went really well I really enjoyed that
tender mercy. haha I don't know if the old grammar
is as perfect as Lando says haha but its coming along for sure.<br />

<br />
<b>Any leadership meetings?</b></div>
<div>
Not this week, we will this week though. I'm really excited.<br />
<b>What was the funniest thing that happened this week?</b></div>
<div>
Hmm... I don't know. Great question haha. I don't know... I know that
we are constantly laughing and having a good time but I really can't
think of anything that stands out right now.<br />
<br />
<b> How do you like your ward?</b></div>
<div>

Great ward. We have a lot of really great people in it and they
have been really helpful in supporting and feeding us. Its been hard to
lose weight because they feed us so much haha<br />
<b>Have you gotten pretty close to your bishop?</b></div>
<div>
Yeah he is the man. He has been out of town for a little while but he is really great and wants to do the work of the Lord.<br />
<b>How is Issac progressing?</b><b><br />
</b>Great but really slowly. Its a process for sure, but its awesome. It
takes everyone their own time to be able to do stuff right? Its going
really well though. </div>
<div>

I'M STAYING HERE. I'm excited! I'm with E
Bramwell again! I just realized something really crazy haha, that I
served in Spanish work for 12 and 4 in English.. and half the time I
served in Spanish was in Toronto haha. Pretty Long
time if you think about it like that, I think that is maybe why I love
it so much!</div>
<div>
<br />
We have been really pounding the pavement like crazy. We are trying to
switch some things up for this next transfer to be able to work Hard and
Smart at the same time! Its going to be a lot of fun. We have had quite
the amount of changes in the Zone and are
hoping to see some real miracles coming up from that! I'm really excited!</div>
<div>

<div>
I don't have a whole lot to say! Its been busy busy busy that's about
it! We are just working hard and will hopefully see some great things
soon! I love you all so much. I love this gospel its so true and I really
love being a missionary! The Canada Toronto
Mission is the best one ever! </div>

that Elder is Carsen's new companion. I cant believe that about Riker!
That is SO cool! Tell him I love him and that I'm SO excited for him! He

that! </div>
<div>
Ha ha yeah there are tons of videos on there. I have tried to get a
lot so that I will be able to remember lots more than just a picture!
but yeah so they stayed in the same room as us when we were all there.
SO it was 4 missionaries in the bed room and
their study room was where the weight room was. It was SO crowded. I
have lots of pictures on this card I think. Its super funny!</div>

<b>What is the funniest thing that happened this week?</b></div>
<div>
Well, I went on an exchange this week with the Elder from
Farmington Elder Cowley ha ha... and we went out tracting on a "First
Nation Reserve" aka Native American Indians ha ha.. Well it was pretty
intense. They are super spread out houses and some are
like log cabins. Well we went out and were tracting and trying to get in
and out there, there is like no rules basically. Its their land and
whatever they want to do they basically can.. So all the dogs out there
are not on leashes and they roam around wherever.
So this one wolf looking one goes up and pees on our car first off, and
we go and see some little tiny baby puppies and were like AWW so cute!
So E Cowley whips out his camera to take a picture.. well as he did the
momma dog FLIPS and starts charging us.. Well
in the mean time we are backing up and standing our ground at the same
time, and then out of the corner of our eyes this white wolf thing that's
tattered up with bloody wounds comes into the picture and was
surrounding us. Then the first one that peed on the
car was behind us and was DEATH calling some more dogs/wolves to help
KILL us.. during this whole time I was like DON'T RUN, STAY CALM, TAKE OFF
YOUR BACKPACK AND IF THEY CHARGE CLOCK ITS NOGGIN.. hahaha I thought <br />
we
were going to die.. ha ha but we got out safe
and what not. We were laughing so hard! </div>
<div>
<br />
<b>What have you and Elder Bramwell done for fun on P-Days?</b> </div>
<div>
Nothing really.. there is not too much to do in London. We play
sports, get food with other missionaries, umm... nothing too intense
haha.</div>
<div>
<br />
<b>How are you liking the Subaru?</b></div>
<div>
Oh LOVE it. Its so fun, its a pretty quick small little car. Its
the newest car I've ever driven in my life. when we first got it, it had
like 20 miles on it haha pretty cool stuff!</div>

<div>
<br />
<b>Do you get to teach Spanish since being in London?</b></div>
<div>
I have contacted lots of Spanish people since being here yes, but I
have not taught a single soul yet. I'm going on an exchange with our
Spanish district leader though and we are going to :) I'm excited!</div>
<div>
<br />
<b>Did you have any leadership meetings this week?</b></div>
<div>
Nope, not this week! But we will in like 2 more.</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
The hands down best part about this week was going on a 2 hour both
ways trip to Windsor! aka... NEXT DOOR NEIGHBORS TO DETROIT!!!!!!</div>
<div>
GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!! :) :) I love it so much! I think the initial
reaction of Elder Bramwell and I both was just SCREAMING and saying
AMERICA!! ha ha I couldn't stop talking about it, I was like "I cant
believe we are so close to the holy land" or "Man I love America" hahaha. It was great stuff! I will send some great
pictures of that this week no worries.</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
I'm super happy about Carsen. He is a BOSS. I really know that he is
one of the best missionaries that I have come in contact with. I think
he is the man. </div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
I had the opportunity to do 2 baptismal interviews this week, it
was incredible. I love doing that. I think overall that is my favorite
responsibility I have right now. Its really remarkable being able to sit
down with someone who has been through it all,
and to see where they came from and where they are at right now! Its my
favorite thing ever. I think the best part about it all is hearing them
share their testimony with me and say that they know God is their
Father, Jesus is His Son and that the Church and
Gospel of Jesus Christ have been restored through the prophet Joseph
Smith. Its a testimony builder of mine to see humble seekers of truth
find it.</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
I know this is the Truth. Read your scrips and pray and you'll be
happy! I promise! I love you all. I hope that you are happy and are
constantly trying to help others find or return to the pathway of God. </div>

Those
are CRAZY pictures ha ha! I was in aw when I saw all of them!</div>
<div>

</div>
<div>
<b>How is your zone doing?</b></div>
<div>
Super GOOD right now we are still on the upward climb right now and
there are some really good things happening here! We are really working
hard and the zone is doing the same thing. The District Leaders are
really helping us out to make everyone stay
on the same page with everything as well. <br />
<b>Are they catching the vision of working hard?</b></div>
<div>
Absolutely. They are doing incredibly.<br />
<b>Did you know Carsen's new companion that came from the Toronto Stake?</b></div>

he did for sure, but I think Elder Rogers my previous companion in
Barrie was there for his baptism.. I'm not sure though. But E Bramwell
went teaching all the time with Jamari, and I was
there for his farewell because it was at Stake Conference. I tried to go
and talk to him but he was swarmed with people haha. Pretty cool eh?
Small world when you're Mormon!<br />
<b>What is the funniest thing that happened this week?</b></div>
<div>
Hmm.. Well we tracted a door and this Polish lady answered and then
her Indian (From India) Husband came over and they started talking to
each other "Behind our backs" in Chinese and Elder Bramwell started
talking to them haha. It was pretty weird. More
like "What the Heck?" kind of moment but still really funny.<br />
<b>What is the most spiritual thing that happened this week?</b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhbBzPZzBpu9XowGgzNcoX3Lz9EH2yb70PwHcwuXCUj__gPLocfd9_wIfMsdmXrN8hwGmoM_rcLZdD24BLBCP69tSD8-PUDClP_LpGEwKDuUwusiUd-wBPZK6YBVsqcY0Sts5tne8K9q4nE/s1600/IMG_1814.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhbBzPZzBpu9XowGgzNcoX3Lz9EH2yb70PwHcwuXCUj__gPLocfd9_wIfMsdmXrN8hwGmoM_rcLZdD24BLBCP69tSD8-PUDClP_LpGEwKDuUwusiUd-wBPZK6YBVsqcY0Sts5tne8K9q4nE/s320/IMG_1814.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div>
We have been teaching a lot of people and they are really
understanding the Gospel. One is a kid named Isaac and he is doing
great. He wants to go to BYU and is working with us to understand more
about what we believe as Mormons. Its just really fun to
look at someone and promise them that there is something better if they
ACT. I think that is the biggest thing that was incredible, promising
him that living the Word of Wisdom will bless him so much.</div>
<div>
<br />
</div>
<div>
Thanks for sending me some questions to answer, it makes it so much
easier to write letters that way haha. I honestly never know what to
say when we sit down for emails anymore haha. I really don't. The week
has been great and I know that some miracles
are about to occur here in London! </div>

We met together and got everyone rallied around the idea of being more
unified and really doing our best every single day. It was cool because
going in, we had some good amounts of unity
in the zone, but leaving it we were like "Team London". It was great
because we had the District Leaders get up there and discuss some
important things that could really benefit us as individuals as well as
companionship's. </div>
<div>

We are really starting to see the
momentum switch and really start to be something incredible. I think my
favorite thing about it all is when we are up there instructing there is
just a HUGE amount of missionaries sitting up there and we have them
all working towards the cause of becoming better.
Its great.</div>
<div>
<br />
</div>
<div>
Well the time is FLYING. I really cant believe how fast it goes
sometimes and just cant believe that we have been as fortunate as we
have been lately to see the blessings in our lives. The Lord is really
hastening His work and I know that all of have the
blessing of being a part of it! I love you all so much!</div>

HEY THERE!!!!</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
Mom, something really funny is that I memorized that scripture
already and I recite it to myself lots. I love that scripture. Its the
best one to share with people going through a hard time. I love it.(John 14:27)</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
Man, I laughed SO hard about that story of Caden at Pepper Bellys
hahah, I thought it was so funny! </div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
How were your leadership meetings this week?</div>
<div>
It was really good. We stayed the night at the Kitchener Zone
Leaders apt, so E Prochnow and E Parker. haha it was really fun! But the
whole meeting went great, we got some really good insight on how we
will be able to improve the zone a little more and
it seems that everything will be very applicable to what we have planned
up to now.</div>
<div>
<br />
Have you gotten any new investigators?</div>
<div>
We have found a few new this week yes. The way we do is mainly through tracting. I love it so much. Its so fun.</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
How is the garbage in the living room and you taking a few things each day?</div>
<div>
That night we walked into the house and threw it all away haha.
Its been out since Christmas. Its really great now though, the Spirit
can be felt :)</div>
<div>
<br />
What do you think of your ward?</div>
<div>
I love it, the Bishop and Bishopric are incredible. They have a
HUGE missionary focus and they are working on making it happen now. I
really enjoy the ward. They feed us like crazy so no real complaints
there either. We are having a really great time.
This week E Bramwell and I got up and bore our testimonies to introduce
ourselves a little more, and it really turned out great. We are loving
it thus far.</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
How big is the ward?</div>
<div>
like 130 active members on average are there.</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
Its been a great week to be a missionary in the Canada Toronto
Mission. No complaints on my behalf. I really have been loving it. We
are working hard, really trying to focus on what is going on and our
whole theme right now is to "Move the Needle". My
comp and I have come in and are really trying to just make sure that
things occur and that only comes if you are on top of it. We have been
fortunate enough to see some great things happen as the missionaries
rally around a common objective to be able to really
help others come unto Christ. Our zone has the goal of baptizing 10
people in the month of January and this week has proved to be a great
one as we have started strong with 3 yesterday. I can not wait to see
what is in store for the London Zone.</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
In our area we are working with lots of really great people. Some
aren't as... willing as others, but overall they are incredible people
who essentially could be members of the church. I think my favorite part
about English work is that reason right there...
that anyone you teach is a potential person that you can teach and bring
into the Gospel. Its really exciting. But there is one named Isaac who
is really incredible. He came to us and wanted to give us summaries of
what he has previously read in the Book of
Mormon just so he could make sure he was really getting everything out
of it. He was so detailed as he explained Nephi's story and said "Did I
miss anything?" It was so funny and incredible. I know there are
prepared people out there who are waiting to hear
the message of the gospel.</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
This week E Bramwell and I went tracting on a street.. now this
street immediately was my favorite one yet, solely based on its name..
"BROCK STREET" haha. It was very funny because the parallel street to it
just happened to be "STEPHEN STREET"... It made
me truly feel like I was sent here for a reason hahah. but it was funny
and great, so the first house we knocked just happened to be this happy
guy who let us in from the cold and was more than willing to have a
conversation about Christ with him. Now this
story is not going to go in the way that you think.. But he ended up
being a Pastor from a church and knew his Bible to the T... Now.. the
reason i tell this story is because we went back and forth discussing
different insights from the Bible and different
views that other religions and Christians have towards this one book..
this man had studied and been a pastor for over 15 years while my
companion and I both had never picked up nor read really in depth the
bible until about 2 years ago haha.. and even then
not that much.. but I knew as we conversed and stayed up to pace with
him that he knew that we knew that what we shared was true. I love
opportunities like that to really "Put My Faith On the Line" and see
what comes out of it. Over the time that I have served
I have come to really know that God lives, that Jesus is the Christ and
that this is Their Church on the earth. I witness that with all of my
heart and know that what we do now really does effect our future. I'm all
about the Karma gig, and know that we get
what we go for. Before leaving there, the man accepted a Book of Mormon
and said that he'd give it a shot. To really read and try to come to
know of the truth. </div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
I love you and hope that you are well with life. If there is anything I can do for you, just let me know!</div>

<div>
Well.. I really don't know what more to write or say haha. This week
was a really cool week for E Bramwell and I. We are seeing great
success and are really having a BLAST. Ive never laughed so hard in my
life. This has been really good for me because I
have felt lately that I've had to "step up" so much with a lot of things
that I've slipped out of who I really am for a while.. but now I feel
like the Lords given me this opportunity to be able to keep those
"stepping up" moments and still be myself. Its been
really great. I love it. </div>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">The count down is on!!</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
Listen to the crazy miracles of this week. This kid named Issac
walked into the bishops office and asked if he could be able to get an
ecclesiastical endorsement from the Bishop so that he could go to BYU.
So the bishop took his number and passed him off
to us so he could "know more about BYU and the standards" we taught him
and his mom and they are miracles. They told us that they have family in
Utah and that they are members. The greatest thing that they said was
that they have seen the biggest change in
their families life for the better after they joined the church. They
said they are looking for a sense of belonging and really want to know
the truth. I cant explain how much the Lord is hastening his work by
preparing people. Its incredible. Another lady,
we tracted into and she told us she wasn't interested and to go to her
neighbors. Well we went and set up a time and came back later. While we
went back the first lady that sent us there was there and she was the
most prepared lady ever. She almost was baptized,
and the only reason she didn't was because she didn't receive this GIANT
answer.. and the only reason she shewed us off was because she thought
that people in our church would judge her because of that... by the end
of explaining things to her she asked us for
a book of Mormon to be able to read and see if she could get that answer
again. SO COOL.</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
The best part about the week was our "Skills and Interviews".. Its
crazy coming from a zone that you have been in for over 9 months to one
where you know basically nobody... We came in with the expectation of
letting these missionaries know that we love
them but that the performance of the zone right now is at a minimum and
that there is HUGE room for improvement. The way that we started it off
was the day before we asked the missionaries to bring us 10 bucks each..
they didn't know what for and a lot of them
(when we found out later) thought we were ripping them off. We showed
them that we have to be obedient to the counsels of our leaders and E
Bramwell shared this story of a mission President who asked for the
right shoe of his missionaries to see who was willing
to listen to his counsel. It set the tone strongly and we just went from
there. It was one of the funnest instructions I've ever been a part of.
The missionaries have been doing incredible things, and its only been
like 4 days since then! They are out and really
trying the best that they can. Its been great.</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
I love my mission. I love everything about it. This has seriously
been the greatest thing that I have ever done and I'm so grateful for the
blessings that I have seen. I know that this is the Church of Jesus
Christ.. and it kills me to see people who have
it in their lives but just don't apply it at all... its heart wrenching.
Because they could really be able to see the most blessings of their
lives if they just tried to come closer to the Savior. I know if we try
to go to Him that He will run to us. I love
it and I love all of you!</div>

Mom. Homesick is the farthest thing from where I'm at right now. I
don't want to be home, I'm sorry to say that but its SO true. I LOVE it
out here ha ha! its SO much fun and being a missionary in this wonderful
time is the thing that is most special to me,
I love it. I love talking about Christ in the time of His birth and
love talking about how all of us can come closer to Him. There is
NOTHING like it. So don't worry, I'm not homesick :)</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
Those pictures are so funny. Caden is probably the creepiest
looking kid in the world in the Christmas card hahaha I imagined him
sticking his head out a window and saying "Ive got some candy in my car
kids!" hahahah so funny! but his hair is really rad,
i love it. Those pics of Bubs are so cute. Its so funny because
hunt brax and bubs look the same just taller and stuff you know? really
funny!</div>

<div>
This week has been one of the craziest yet funnest weeks of my
mission! hands down haha! I LOVE it. Elder Bramwells a champion! we are
the triple threat, we go and talk to English, Chinese and Spanish and
have been working our tails off. The apartment was
literally the nastiest thing I've ever lived in. We cleaned it and threw
tons of stuff away, I'll send you a picture of all the junk we
accumulated over this past week. Its gross. We started the week with
zero investigators and really have just been working
hard and we've found some pretty incredible people. I love English work,
you can set some great expectations with people and can express yourself
SO much easier than in Spanish haha! we have been working really really
hard and its really paying off.</div>

I'M really so happy right now, i love my mission. I love life and I'm
SO grateful for my Savior. I have a few stories I will tell tomorrow...
i hope that we can find someone to use their computer... we haven't yet
but we will continue to try. don't worry,
we'll cal you tomorrow and set something up :) I really love you all so

Well as you know, I'm going to be leaving Toronto here and go back
down to London! Its going to be pretty crazy! I'm excited! its going to
be so fun! I'm going to be with an elder named Elder Bramwell, he is a
Chinese elder from California. He is super cool.
I know him pretty well, but we are stoked! we will be whitewashing in

elder b Beyer! We are going to KILL IT! We are going to baptize nations
out there!</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
This week was a really good one for me. I got to talk personally
with President Scott about a few things, and the biggest thing that stuck
out to me was this.. That we ALL need to exaggerate the positive. That's
the thing of life. If its cold, say MAN I'm
glad Ive got my coat! If you're hungry say, man that food is getting that
much better! whatever it needs to be, that's what we need to say! We
need to all be as positive as possible because if we do we will be able
to access the light of Christ more fully in
our lives and really be able to feel the Lords love. Its true. I have
seen it in my own life and am so grateful for that! we need to look at
all challenges with great happiness and joy!</div>

Man, this week was a CRAZY one! CRAZY GOOD because I was a
missionary! :) I hope all of you watched that Christmas devotional from
the Church this Sunday! It was AWESOME, we had this great family go to
it with us, but seriously it was SO good! I really
enjoyed hearing the words of the Prophet and Apostles about the great
meaning of Christmas. I don't know if I wrote this to you, or in a
letter.. But I thought of this Christmas broken down is CHRIST mas.. So
Christ- Jesus the Son of God, and Mas- in Spanish
means MORE.. CHRIST MORE.. Take this time to think more of Him. One
great quote from the Devotional yesterday was "True Happiness comes as
you make others happy. When you lose yourself for them, you find
Christ." and "The opportunities to give of yourself are
limitless." I really hope that you can all grasp onto those concepts and
truly strive to LIVE them.</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
We had some pretty great guests this last week in the mission!
Elder Hallstrom and Elder Homer. They talked about some pretty
remarkable things that I have really taken to heart. Elder Homer talked
about how we need to live our missions with no regrets
and that when we get on the plane that we need to be feeling that you
left it all there on the table. Elder Hallstrom talked about CHANGE and
how its a NOW thing, not later. It was so great to hear those two talks
and be able to want to apply them into my life.
The 3 points that Elder Hallstrom said about change were that we 1. Gain
a vision 2. Make Commitments and 3. Have Self Discipline. If we do
those things in life and in a gospel perspective we will be able to
become the people that the Lord needs us to be. IT
was one of the greatest things ever! Find something to change and Do
it. I invite you! ITS GREAT TO CHANGE AND BECOME BETTER. ITS AWESOME!</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
We have been so fortunate in our area lately, we are teaching some
pretty remarkable people who are searching for the gospel of Jesus
Christ. It has really helped me know that the gospel is real, and that
there are people who are looking for it. We are
pretty close to seeing some great things in the area, we have a few
working towards baptism and a few who are going out of town for the
holidays but will return with the desire and need to be baptized. The
coolest thing is teaching families. I LOVE teaching
families. They are SO stinking awesome and CAN BE ETERNAL through the
gospel of Jesus Christ.</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
I had a great opportunity to go give 2 baptismal interviews for a
husband and a wife out in Mississauga. It was great to be able to talk
with them and to go back to The Saga!!!! I miss it so much haha! I think
the best thing about being able to go back
there was just being able to see the growth that I have had from there
to now... I honestly couldn't believe it. We would be driving and I would
see places and remember all of the great memories that I had. I
remember how GREEN I was haha and how inexperienced
I was, and now to see where the Lord has taken me. It has been one of
the greatest things to know. That the Lord truly has helped me for the
time that I have been out on my mission. I love my mission and am so
grateful for the change that its brought in my
life. I have come to know that God really is our loving Heavenly Father,
and that Jesus Christ is His son. They are perfect and their plan is to
help us to become as they are. I know that They live and They LOVE us.
The gospel is the means that helps us to
transcend all iniquity and evade all the obstacles that Satan places
before us. I really know that Joseph Smith is his chosen prophet.. It
just makes sense. God has always conveyed His message through prophets,
why would He stop now? I know that we are so blessed
and have a prophet on the earth today, and am so grateful for that
knowledge that I have. <br />
<br />
I love you all, and hope you are well. Work hard in all that you do and
you WILL see the blessings of the Lord. YOU GET WHAT YOU PUT IN. If you
want church to be great and revelatory, then make it that way. If you
want the scriptures to be Gods word, then read
them as if they were. YOU GET WHAT YOU GO FOR.</div>

<div>
This week was quite the week. I'm not going to lie! It was pretty
darn great! We have seen some wonderful miracles and have just seen
great success on the Lords part. Ive never seen so many blessings at
once in my mission. THE LORD IS HASTENING HIS WORK.
I am so grateful to be one of His servants at this time. </div>
<div>
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi5xcNXJDqqWlGK1SlDlfF_4T__V09sH16GO7GNvGIaamvpK4wypEBEw2mG69r96eMUjbFmoVOs-EpHL7QLRJ7JU-aByq6oTUVkOXHzIy8QcVcgh2nL6VvZqV5k6eso3LNuvrWyCeLGMkiI/s1600/IMG_1644.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi5xcNXJDqqWlGK1SlDlfF_4T__V09sH16GO7GNvGIaamvpK4wypEBEw2mG69r96eMUjbFmoVOs-EpHL7QLRJ7JU-aByq6oTUVkOXHzIy8QcVcgh2nL6VvZqV5k6eso3LNuvrWyCeLGMkiI/s400/IMG_1644.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<div>
I think the biggest miracle was seeing this family we have been
teaching for a while, come to church. This is a Venezuelan family that
is AWESOME. I love them so much. They came and they just loved primary!
The kids are really what are going to make this
all work out. They are so stinking cool and really are receptive to the
Spirit! When they just showed up, EVEN WHEN, they said they weren't, I
thought i was going to die.. First of hunger (because we were fasting)
but second of just shock! ha ha it was SO awesome.
There is no doubt to me, that fasting really works. One cool experience,
was that President and Sister Scott were at the church and we were with
just the mom, and we taught a lesson with Sister Scott! Now, I'm not
just saying this.. but she is like the most
spiritual lady ever! The Spirit was SO strong and really helped Jahy to
feel that this is the path that she needs to be on, i really have come
to feel those blessings and feel the Spirit tell me MULTIPLE times that
this is true. </div>
<div>
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjtyb9DjIJRike8-yb0Mfr0QNy6X2vqDFck5fuk3GVa3vwfU4kWdvRpmB6ZSE6nDf94USWIEqzdFKzpnqmSnp7-D2Tkf3qpvVjz3IBaBNuxilzIuvaXWssm2ZCresss07KB-GGSi7jzC-Vb/s1600/IMG_1645.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjtyb9DjIJRike8-yb0Mfr0QNy6X2vqDFck5fuk3GVa3vwfU4kWdvRpmB6ZSE6nDf94USWIEqzdFKzpnqmSnp7-D2Tkf3qpvVjz3IBaBNuxilzIuvaXWssm2ZCresss07KB-GGSi7jzC-Vb/s400/IMG_1645.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<div>
Going off of that, we taught this remarkable lesson with this other
investigator. He was being VERY evasive with us and was really hesitant
with the answers he brought forth. But we testified and invited him to
pray to know that Joseph Smith is a prophet
of God.. and he did.. and ALL of us in the room, whether for the first
time or fifth.. received the witness that he is. I know that because of
the Spirit that i have felt.</div>
<div>
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div>
Lastly, the coolest thing was hearing a 76 year old, recent convert
get up and bear her testimony this week. With all honesty, she got up
and told us all how she was found and what impact it has made on her
life. The greatest thing was seeing the change
and knowing that THIS GOSPEL IS FOR EVERYONE. White or black, young or
old. EVERYONE. She is going on vacation this week to El Salvador for a
few months.. and this is the thing that stood out most to me. When she
said "when i get there, the first thing I'm going
to do is thank God for getting me there. He WILL get me there. And then i
will go and preach the gospel to my family. I promise you all, that i
will return here with good news." I don't recall the last time that i
felt the Spirit that strongly. This gospel is
intended for families. This gospel changes and helps them. This gospel
is intended FOR THEM TO BE FOREVER. Without it, they can NOT be. I can
back that up with my testimony. If a 76 year old woman, with poor health
but a heart of gold can share the gospel..
then anyone can. And AGAIN, I invite you all to do so.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

This week has been probably one of the greatest ones of my mission!
This family that we taught and found when i was up in Barrie were
baptized this week!!! it was probably the happiest thing Ive ever
experienced! I got to talk to them on the phone and
they were just so excited and so grateful for everything! it was
incredible :) </div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
We got to go on exchanges with one of the Assistants, named Elder
Fielding. He is a great guy. We came out together on the plane. It was
honestly just what i needed it gave me some serious desire to be the
very best that i could be and to just endure with
everything! He just reminded me that being a missionary is fun and that
you need to just really relax and to be the best that YOU can be, not
what anyone else thinks is your best. I got to talk to the other
assistant about some things with the mission and Ive
come to conclusion about the greatest thing that we need to have in our
lives.. That is DISCIPLINE and CONSISTENCY. I have talked about it in
every letter that I have written today haha! Its because in all honesty
that is exactly what enduring to the end is!
We all need to get on the path and be disciplined and constant with our
endeavours of becoming who the Lord needs us to become! None of us are
ever going to be perfect but as long as we work towards the goal of
becoming as of Father in Heaven we will be blessed.</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
We had a pretty awesome miracle this week. We taught a lesson last
week to this wonderful Mexican family and they said that they wouldn't be
able to go to church that week but that they would the next.. well we
lost contact with them. Their phone got disconnected
and we were like "great.. we will never seen them again!" But we prayed.
Really tried to have as much faith as possible, and then we were
sitting in church and they just came in! We taught them after, and they
said "we have been really looking for a church
to join and to be close with. But we are looking for the one with the
truth" My companion had to respond because my mouth was just wide open
and i was just in awe haha! I really couldn't believe it. The Lord is
HASTENING His work RIGHT NOW! I invite you all
to continue trying to be the best you can with missionary work. I know
that I write it in almost every letter, and its for a purpose.. its
because its important. Just like in the Book of Mormon 34 times it
quotes that "If we are obedient we will be blessed"
Remember that with missionary work. I know that there are plenty members
in Utah, but a lot aren't and A LOT more are less active. Reach out your
hand and serve your fellowman, with the promise that its as if you were
doing it unto CHRIST HIMSELF. Ill let you
know this much, the Pedro family (the ones we found in Barrie) came from
us helping them move. Reaching out and doing those "small and simple
things" WORKS. Trust me. Remember that this was a commitment from Elder
Ballard from General Conference... To invite
at least ONE person before Christmas.. That's an Apostle of the LORD, I'm
positive he said that for a reason. I'm just reiterating what he said :)</div>

This week has been a really sacred and special one for me. I don't
know if you will remember them, but there was a family that we taught
and found in Barrie through helping them move. Their named the Pedros?
Do you remember them? So they haven't been baptized
still but were really working hard for everything. I wrote them a note
when we went to Mission Leadership Council and gave it to Elder Thompson
and he gave it to them, it was just about how i love them and my
testimony. Basically one of the Assistants was on
an exchange there in Barrie and they visited the Pedro's and they
were able to give me a call. And I talked to the wife Ana, and she just
thanked me for everything and just told me about how their process has
been and that my note really effected them. She also
told me that they were going to be baptized on the 22 November!!! I was
tearing up, it was something really special for me. Because I have the
strongest testimony on families and how they can be eternal through the
gospel.</div>
<div>
We have been teaching a wonderful family here in Toronto! I truly
do know that the Lord is hastening His work solely on how many people we
are finding and how many families we are teaching. I really know that
there is much to do here and that as MEMBERS
its our responsibility to make it happen! I really love it so much. But
the thing that has been the best about this family is that there are 2
kids, a 9 year old and 3. To open the lesson with prayers, we all kneel
down and i whisper to the little 3 year old
what to say. HE ALWAYS wants to pray and ALWAYS makes me whisper it to
him! haha its SO cute! The little 9 year old girl has a children's Book
of Mormon, and knows the story better than I do, I'm not kidding! It has
been such a great feeling to help families
receive the blessings of the gospel! I know that its only because its
the Lords work that its working so well in His way too.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhoU_iV1mJ8oD1o30KTKBoNoFg5ptY8aksR3GXEQAbEN0uiqnYAyfQL7kGDfrjo3_5IMr9-FyKec8-TcR09y1UJUETfE4fealj7_grlfCQhjff9jGyUNUDktzNXXdaJuXq1-5eQWg36HMA3/s1600/IMG_1566.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhoU_iV1mJ8oD1o30KTKBoNoFg5ptY8aksR3GXEQAbEN0uiqnYAyfQL7kGDfrjo3_5IMr9-FyKec8-TcR09y1UJUETfE4fealj7_grlfCQhjff9jGyUNUDktzNXXdaJuXq1-5eQWg36HMA3/s320/IMG_1566.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
</div>
<div>
I really have come to know that the Lord lives and truly does
love us. I know that this is His work and that the prophet and apostles
are called of Him. I love reading the ensign from General Conference and
thinking about how I can personally apply their
teachings into my own life. Apply the teachings and find the joy. I know
that we all need to do the Lords work and help those around us and
suggest that we all there in UTAH still do the Lords work. Its not just a
thing that we do when "we feel like it" this
is an expectation He has set for us. Make that your number one
priority.</div>

<div>
HEY THERE!!</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
I really cant believe that Derek goes home this week. Man time goes by so fast! Its really so crazy to me! </div>
<div>
Things have been going really well for me right now. Currently we
are working hard, and are really working to making our area a great one!
We have a few investigators that are working towards baptism right now
and it should be a really good next couple
of weeks! We have a guy named David, who is working towards the 24th of
Nov, and is doing soooo good! We asked him the other day. "Well David...
Whats the next step man? What do we need to do, to help you?" and he
just responded.. "I have to get baptized, that's
it." it was a powerful lesson for us. He is doing so well! He is a funny
guy, hes about 24 and just really fun to teach! I think he is going to
be baptized then! Keep him in your prayers! We also have this little kid
named Mike, he is really close, i think
that we are going to help him pretty soon! Hes working for the 24th
right now too, but we'll see how that goes! He is awesome too, hes the 9
year old!</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
So this last week was a really fun one for us! We have a new way of
finding Spanish people hahaha! You are really going to die when you
hear this. So right now, we figured out that a certain kind of satellite
shows where Spanish people live. You probably
don't believe it, but I'm going to send a picture of what they look like
haha. If they have 3 prongs that means they are Spanish. We have knocked
probably 7 or 8 doors now and its been 100% right now! How crazy is
that?? We found a new investigator from it the
other day haha! Its so cool! It makes it so much easier for us!</div>
<div>
I love the gospel! We have been teaching this little girl, she is
7, and her parents want us to give her the lessons before she is 8. We
have been teaching her and its been so much fun. Its SO hard to teach
little kids doctrine.. I see why parents are
so patient and really can help them grow so much haha its TOUGH! But its
so fun! its helped my understanding of the gospel increase so much, i
really love it! </div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
Living with 4 elders is CRAZY fun! haha its full of laughter and
just straight energy for the work! I love it so much! haha its been
really clean too, I've been designated as the "Patriarch of the House"
because I'm the oldest haha and I get to decide who
prays and stuff ;) its funny! But its been such a blast!</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
I know the Church is true and that we are so blessed to be in it.
Don't forget that! Being a missionary has changed my life, and I'm so
grateful for the Lord and all He has done for me! Its so worth it!</div>

and tell him good work for working on progressing in the gospel ;)
hahah! Hes a good dude! I'm super happy for them!
I really thought i was going to get married before Blair AND Troy ;) ;)
Just Kidding!!</div>
<div>
<br />
Tell Everyone Hi and that I love them! Things are really going well
right now! I have really no complaints! We have had some AWESOME
experiences this week! We have been teaching so much lately haha, E
Prochnow and I both are just sitting back and just thanking
the Lord, because we aren't doing really anything too special! Its ALL
Him. You have no idea how happy it makes me to see His work progress..
It really is, and it really will continue as long as we try and strive
to be the best that we can be. These past couple
of weeks I have really been reflecting on life, and on my mission and it
really has been the greatest experience of my life. I have felt so much
growth from the Lord, i cant even believe it! Everything we have really
does come from Him.</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
So this Saturday was probably one of the funniest experiences that I
have had on my mission haha! Are you ready for this?? We had a CHAPEL
OPEN HOUSE! What we did was we had about 7 companionship's down at our
church in the busiest section. So we had specific
jobs for everyone, and would have some missionaries go and run down on
Bloor (One of the busiest streets in Toronto), and they would be running
and dragging people into the church! Once they brought the people into
the church, we had missionaries and members
doing the chapel tours! There were people showing the church and just
really helping them understand what we really believe in! After that, we
had a table for when the people finished the tour and we would give
them lots of free stuff like Book of Mormons,
Bibles, Pamphlets, Proclamations to the World and Living Christs, etc
etc, and would get their information with a Chapel Comment Card! and
they HAD to come to that desk haha, but then they would leave from there
and could get some refreshments and leave. In
like 3 hours, we found 15 new investigators! It was AWESOME! We really
were on fire as a zone and have really seen some great miracles!!! THE
LORD LIVES! I love my mission, and have been really loving the fun that
we have when we serve the Lord! </div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
HEY!! I have a friend from here, named Julio, who is coming to Utah
for a couple of months in November and December! He is AWESOME, I am
going to make sure he calls you so you can give him some free grub :)
Deal?? Hes AWESOME! He is really one of the people
that has changed my mission and made it ALL worth it.</div>
<div>

<div>
that is him, he is seriously the MAN!</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
I love you all. I know God lives. I am convinced that we are in the
places we are for a reason. Make a difference in someones life. Whether
it be sharing them your testimony, or if you just make them smile. I
know happiness is the source of progression.
I also know that LOVE is all you need. "ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE" right? The
center of our lives should be based on the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the
center of the Gospel of Jesus Christ is Christ and His Atonement, and
the center of Christ and His Atonement is LOVE.
Use it, because it works! I love you all :) Forever and ALWAYS!</div>

Usually when we write from
like Wednesday on P day to the normal one, its like... really really
weird and i have nothing to say. But this weekend was INCREDIBLE.
Probably one of the most successful ones I have seen
on my mission. Its been SO incredible to see the Lords hand in just
about everything that we are doing. He really does live and is with us
out here as missionaries. The zone has been on an incredibly great
growth since E Prochnow and I have been together. We
have just see the Lord constantly pushing us again and again to be
better. Right now, this last week ( I'M BRAGGING FOR THE WORK THAT THE
LORD HAS BLESSED US WITH), we found 55 New investigators and taught
about 100 lessons as a zone. SO INCREDIBLE. I know that
the Lord is hastening His work. I have absolutely no doubt about that.
We all need to be partakers of it as well! YOU DON'T NEED A NAME TAG TO
BE A MISSIONARY. </div>
<div>

of the things I have been able to sit in on.. For example, with baby
blessings or with baptisms or blessings i have been able to give... and
It made me realize how grateful I was for the
priesthood and everything that we have in life. I really do know that
the Lord blesses us with these things. I was fortunate enough to sit in
the circle for a guy that I have helped on my mission for the Mel.
Priesthood. It was so incredible. I was so honored
to be able to help out with that, because its just so great! I know its
the authority of God, given to man to perform HIS work.</div>

He is 9, and was
never baptized. Well, I'm sure we told you the story of how we found him
the other day.. But now we have finally gotten to sit down and teach him
and we set him with a date for the 3rd of
November. He is AWESOME. Such a good little guy! He reminds me of Bubbs.
Its so funny. But we have just simplified EVERYTHING to make it make
sense to him. But its just been really cool. Yesterday we were at a
baptism for someone else and with him as well and
he came up to us and was like "Elders I want to get baptized!" We asked
him what he wanted to be when he grew up and he said "a missionary in
Utah" haha! SO AWESOME! I love the kid. We have another guy named David
who is working towards the same day, hes like
24. Its been so incredible to see how MEMBERS are the key in missionary
work. We have found both of them on our own efforts, BUT we have gotten
members in as fast as possible and THEY are the ones who have made the
difference. I know that for a fact. WE ALL
NEED TO BE MEMBER MISSIONARIES. I will stress that in every single email
until we all start doing it. haha. My favorite thing about Christs
gospel, going back to Mike, is its so simple that even children can
understand it... Because they are "of the kingdom
of God'. Its SO incredible. We just need to recognize that. Its nothing
hard, just the simplicity itself brings the greatest divinity to it. I
know it changes us too! </div>

</div>
<div>
Now with all of those things, those are things that came to my mind
this week and i just wrote them down so I didn't have to think about
them haha. Let me know, OK?</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
This week was a very cool week! We were able to teach in church
this week. it was pretty fun! We go to the gospel principles class for
2nd hour and that's when we taught. Basically its just us, 2 other
companionship's, new members and investigators! So we
got in there and just taught the restoration of the gospel of Jesus
Christ and were able to watch the restoration video. haha it was really
cool. we have just so many people in there and were helping all of them
to be able to understand it that much better
and clearer! It went really well! </div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
One of the coolest experiences of the week were that we were at ESL
and this lady came in. We invited her to learn more about the gospel
and she said, "you guys only believe in John Smith, or whatever hes
called" and we were like come to church and see
what we really believe in.. well she came, and it was right in the
middle of a talk on the Atonement of Jesus Christ.. Then we just talked
more and more about Jesus Christ... Then we gave her a Living Christ
article... haha she was like "uhh.. ok.. maybe you
do believe in Jesus Christ more than I thought!" It really was a
testimony to me that the center of our church and everything IS JESUS
CHRIST.</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
I want to share a pretty crazy experience that I had the other day.
I went to bed, and it was just normal and then I had a dream. This
dream has changed how i look at being a missionary and how I focus every
day of this work... I was coming around the
corner in the SLC airport and was greeted by my friends and family... It
was basically like when Troy came home, but this time it was me.. I
embraced you all and was just SO happy to see you, and you were to see
me. I went around hugging you and was just so
happy and you were all so proud of me.. Then I got to Grandpa Bob.. He
gave me a hug and was like "hey Brockster! how are you feeling? Do you
feel like you did EVERYTHING that you could out there? did you leave it
all on the table?"... I remember thinking about
that question, really hard... and for some reason i felt like I
couldn't.. I felt like i did a 75 percent job.. decent but not my all... I
said "Please just send me back for one more transfer.. I PROMISE I wont
let you down I PROMISE!!" and then I looked down
and my tag was gone... my clothes were normal... I wasn't a missionary
anymore and I couldn't do ANYTHING about it... Ever since then, I have
woken and said.. I CANT let that happen... I don't know why I felt I
should tell you that, but I promise I wont let you
down, and especially I wont let the Lord down. I am so grateful for the
blessings of the gospel and I feel that that dream can be applied to
ANYTHING that you do... DON'T GIVE A HALF ASKED JOB. WORK HARD TIL THE
END. The Lord needs us to work hard in EVERYTHING
that we do. </div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
My testimony means the world to me, and I am so grateful for it. I
love you. Let me know if there is anything that I can do for you :)</div>

HEY!! That last picture gives me the chills! :) I LOVE DHS! I agree
with you quickly, tell them to NEVER stop the tradition of going to the

Conference was AWESOME! We went to the church and were there for
all the sessions, I think that the Saturday Sessions are probably my favorite ones haha! They are soooooo good! But I really learned many
great principles that I need to apply in my life.
I know that the Prophet and the Apostles are inspired men of God and
that if we live what they teach us we WILL be blessed. Its simple but
powerful! </div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
We have had some amazing experiences this last week! I hope that I
will have time to write them to you, but I might get kicked off of the
computer!</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
One of the coolest things that happened was that we started a new
game kind of thing in the zone! What we focus on is really trying to
invite as many people as possible to come to church, be baptized and
things like that! We have made like a chart to measure
it, and have been sending out highlights of it! Its has been SO fun!!!!
For example, one companionship invited 31 people to be baptized and like
156 to come to church! It was CRAZY! We are really focusing our
contacts on commitments! Its been SO great and we
hope to see more people come to church and eventually be baptized! Its
wonderful in the Ossington Zone right now :)</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
I had a really cool experience this week on the subway! We were
just getting done with an exchange with other missionaries and were
heading back home. And we started going there and while on the train I
saw a guy that looked like an old version of P Lunt..
It was WEIRD and I thought, "Man, I need to contact this guy.." and then I had all these weird thoughts like "NO. DON'T." and whatever, I
thought.. "I don't think the Lord wouldn't want me to talk with His
children.. What If I promised THIS GUY in the preexistence
that I would talk to him and share the gospel with him.??"" and Then
counted down from 5 and went for it. "Hey How are you?" then he said "I'm
great! Do you have a book for me?".... I'm not kidding, it was one of
the coolest experiences of my mission. We just
talked about the Book of Mormon and I gave him an overview of what we
believe! It really helped me understand that we all have specific
purposes in life and we need to help others to gain the purpose of the
gospel. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM. I know this work
is real, and true. I have No doubt about it. One of my favorite lines
from conference was "Sharing the gospel is a BLESSING, NOT A BURDEN". I
hope we can always remember that. They focused A LOT on missionary work
and especially in the stand point of members...
LET GET ON TOP OF IT EH?? Find ways at home to share the gospel with
ANYONE around you, and I promise you will be happier in life. JUST DO
IT. </div>
<div>
<br />
I love you all. I know this work is REAL, and its GODS.</div>

<div>
Well this week was pretty awesome! We made this sausage called
Chorizo and then we had a small party for our investigators haha! It was
super Fun! We had a few come in our area, and its just been super good
overall! Working with the members has seemed
like the most effective thing I've done on my mission. We will just pass
by like every once and a while and help them increase their knowledge on
how to help their friends receive the gospel.</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
I think one of my favorite things in my mission has just been
Administering and really teaching people how to become better. Its my FAVORITE thing in the world. I don't know if I told you this (I thought
you would like this mom haha, I don't know why but
still :) haha) but the Normal week here for us is this:</div>
<div>
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div>

<div>

take the bus and subway, and we have to study on the bus and stuff, its
pretty fun! ha ha) and </div>
<div>
WEDNESDAY: 2 District Meetings 10:30am (they are at the same
church, and my comp and I split up and go to both of them and just
rotate weekly on who goes where)</div>
<div>
THURSDAY: Weekly Planning</div>
<div>
FRIDAY: Just a NORMAL day :)</div>
<div>
SATURDAY: ESL at 1030am, Ward Coordination at 1</div>
<div>
SUNDAY: CHURCH :) :) :) at 1</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
That is the life for us here in Ossington Zone haha! It's been super
fun! I love it and have really enjoyed it. And then we have just random
things here and there occasionally like soccer nights, MCC's (working
with Stake Presidency), MLCs (Mission Leadership
Councils w/ President & Sister Scott, Assistants and other Zone
Leaders and Sister Training Leaders), and whatever else the zone really
needs! Its super awesome :)</div>
<div>
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhpLZUpJXIb7gO1_2KtOXHhOVEz7Hlyuzdf9QS-HoHLafL3nk4nwBwdoFX3L1CIKYNTnurDe8AAkcp5psN7cDkJbmhQCCcTyORUh7E0p2Z9qVotRgDqR5HPEbiUc9cJXwzMxojOsNx-bmu7/s1600/IMG_1348.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhpLZUpJXIb7gO1_2KtOXHhOVEz7Hlyuzdf9QS-HoHLafL3nk4nwBwdoFX3L1CIKYNTnurDe8AAkcp5psN7cDkJbmhQCCcTyORUh7E0p2Z9qVotRgDqR5HPEbiUc9cJXwzMxojOsNx-bmu7/s320/IMG_1348.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div>
We are working with a bunch of random people right now! We had a
pretty cool experience with a former from the sisters! This guy named
Edwin, has been taught since I was here the first time... and he really
just stopped progressing because he wouldn't get
baptized. He moved into our area and we just were like "Lets teach him!"
well.. he text us and told us to meet him at the church, and we just
started going at it! Now, I'll tell you... there are a lot of times
where I have just been teaching and I feel decent
with Spanish... but when you can feel the Lord helping you, its like its
your mother tongue! ITS CRAZY. You don't know what to think ha ha. But we
got to the point where we just went to the font and just talked about
it, and told him to picture himself in the
font, and what it would mean for him to be completely cleansed of his
sins... and promised him that if he prayed right there on the spot to
receive an answer that he NEEDED to be baptized, that he would receive
one.. and he prayed SO simply.. nothing too intense...
and we just sat there... for about 2 minutes in silence... and my
companion asked him "how do you feel?" and he said... "I have to be
baptized.." It was pretty powerful for us, and we read Mosiah 26:18 with
him.. I suggest you read it and the rest of that chapter..
I love being a missionary. We literally have the greatest opportunity in
the world to influence people to become INCREDIBLE through the gospel
of Jesus Christ. I know that it changes people, I know God lives. I have
never been so happy in my entire life :)

<div>
I would love to hear about some of the people you are teaching right now.</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
Right now we are teaching this lady named K., Shes from Chile.
Shes awesome! WE have been really trying to help her to gain a testimony
about the Book of Mormon. The coolest thing is that with her the only
way we have gotten across to her is through
testimony. Its been a "testimony builder" (get it? haha) that
testimonies are pretty important to share in all of this! </div>
<div>
We are also teaching a guy named G. who was a professional soccer player in Colombia! </div>
<div>
We have a few potentials on their way too :) from members!</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
How many lessons do you get to teach a week?</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
We average like 6 to 7? sometimes more, sometimes less. Different than English work for sure</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
Do you get to interact with the ward a lot?<br />
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgLGylK-b6b9SQeWjYRm-azWDunmGtH2U649K7ez6SSwARzQ466OGTgvXTvahk4Zg67BqXaOtUTDhy0rcpJY0KP1ra2sc_eq_m6a2SY9ciq23A1BmQ_9wIlQlGcuEhDXVy8hcvbhSJGlfTf/s1600/image-1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgLGylK-b6b9SQeWjYRm-azWDunmGtH2U649K7ez6SSwARzQ466OGTgvXTvahk4Zg67BqXaOtUTDhy0rcpJY0KP1ra2sc_eq_m6a2SY9ciq23A1BmQ_9wIlQlGcuEhDXVy8hcvbhSJGlfTf/s400/image-1.jpg" width="300" /></a></div>
<div>
Yep. All the time. Right now we are really trying to work with them
and to get the member work going we are thinking that in a few weeks or
so we should be finding TONS of new investigators! We have had like 2
members come up and say they want us to teach
their friends, its been pretty neat!</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
That's basically Toronto! We are STAYING, both of us!! One of the
Assistants called last night and was like "E Prochnow, you're staying and
your new companion is... E Beyer.... haha" We thought we were leaving
and were TICKED haha. But now all its well!
</div>
<div>
We also made this food called Chorizo, its a Brazilian Sausage, and
we made it for another ward party for next Saturday! We are really
hoping that it turns out well. I'm really happy to be staying and really
happy to be in this area! This is transfer 5
here :) hahah YEAHHH BUDDDYYY!! Its been SO good! </div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
The past little while I have been really reflecting on my mission,
and the past little while.. and I have been reading my journal and
seeing the growth and just the change overall.. I just want to say that I
am SO grateful that I came on a mission. Its
so awesome. My favorite thing is just helping others out and having them
understand that this message is true! BECAUSE IT IS!!! :) </div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
I love you. Sorry my letters stinks<br />
.. I really have NO IDEA what to say in them.</div>

HEY HEY!!</div>
<div>
What types of activities do you do on p-day? Basketball, chair soccer, go to downtown, eat.. really nothing too crazy!!</div>
<div>
How is the language going? SO good, I feel really good. I just want to express myself better, and have a bigger vocab</div>
<div>
In your ward do you interpret? No, pure Spanish </div>
<div>
Tell me more about your companion. HE'S AWESOME </div>
<div>
Do you get along great with him? yes we do really WELL, except when I'm lame and bug him</div>
<div>
What are his likes? Football and sports :) and acting like my little brother</div>
<div>
What was your greatest moment this week? Probably... when we were
able to help some of the members do missionary work and really focus on
the missionary mindset! it was great!</div>
<div>
CHASE AND JESSICA HAD A BABY???!!!</div>
<div>
"We are going to write 5 things each day of what we are thankful
for as a family" Do you want to know something funny?? ha ha this is a
goal that I have and have been really working on for the past week now! It makes you really grateful for what you have
and its just WAY great to have! </div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
Well... like everything else in Toronto this is a quick email ha ha!
Mom when were my grandparents baptized?? At what age? Who were the
pioneer for our families?? </div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
Things are going really well! We had so much fun this last week,
just really working hard and it went really quick because we went on 2
exchanges with other missionaries! It was so fun! One of the
missionaries is named Elder Binford and I have been serving
near him for probably like 5 months now! Its been super great! It was a
fun and fast week of training missionaries, getting Districts excited
and just really doing the work of the Lord! We ended up in some GHETTO
area haha so bad that we got the impression
to skidaddle hahahah! soooo nuts! buts its been super fun!</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
Honestly... My favorite thing about my mission is just teaching
people the restoration and promising them blessings about all of that...
and when they act on those promises and they come true. I know that we
are in the work of the LORD and its been SO
fun! its probably the funnest thing I've ever done and I'm just...
HAPPY... I have really no complaints right now... :) ETTE (Endure to the
End)</div>
<div>
Work hard. Be happy. This life is incredible :) don't waste it worrying :) </div>
